JUST ONE MORE ASYM Adversaries

Adversaries are player-controlled sub-killers who work alongside the AI-controlled Aberrant to hunt down Survivors. Each Adversary has a unique playstyle, from aggressive rushdowns to cunning trappers.

How Adversaries work

  • 4v16 format — up to 4 hunters (1 Aberrant + 3 Adversaries) vs 16 Survivors.
  • Support the Aberrant — your job is to protect the AI killer and help it eliminate Survivors.
  • Unique abilities — each Adversary has distinct skills that change how you approach the hunt.

Subfactors

Beholder is a special AI-controlled subfactor that can replace the Aberrant under specific conditions. With 900 HP and a support kit focused on revealing Survivors, applying debuffs, and the devastating Overmark ability, Beholder prioritizes backliners over tanks. See the Beholder Guide for full details.

Adversary strategies

General tips

  1. Support the Aberrant — work together with the AI killer.
  2. Target isolated Survivors — easier kills away from the group.
  3. Use your abilities — each Adversary has distinct skills.
  4. Control the map — block escape routes and funnel Survivors.
  5. Don’t overcommit — know when to retreat and regroup.

  • Chase down fleeing Survivors.
  • Use speed to your advantage.
  • Don’t get kited by agile Survivors.

For Tanks

  • Frontline for the Aberrant.
  • Absorb damage and protect allies.
  • Control choke points.

For Hexers

  • Debuff Survivors before engagements.
  • Slow down fleeing targets.
  • Support other Adversaries with utility.
